Digital Products (No Refunds)
Because our premium digital seals (Dojang) are dynamically generated, personalized, and delivered immediately as digital files, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital file has been purchased and the download link has been provided.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical error where the file was not delivered or the image is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jang2620@naver.com, and we will manually generate and send your file or resolve the issue.
